Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Stashes Ahead of Week 15
Jameis Winston (QB – CLE): 34% Rostered
The Jameis Winston experience will always be a rocky one with three top-eight fantasy finishes in his last five games, but two finishes involved him scoring fewer than 13.5 fantasy points. Winston is undeniably a high-upside swing having just thrown for 497 passing yards and four touchdowns on the Broncos defense, who rank seventh in FTN’s pass defense DVOA (defense-adjusted value over average) metric.
Having an option like Winston to fall back on is ideal if you are entering the playoffs as an underdog and need to give yourself a high-ceiling option in tough matchups.

Will Levis (QB – TEN): 18% Rostered
No quarterback has an easier rest-of-season schedule than Will Levis with games coming up against the Jaguars, Bengals, Colts and then the Jaguars again.
The Bengals and Jaguars are bottom-three defenses and the Colts aren’t much better. Levis has consistently scored over 15 points in his last four games and could go on a very fantasy-relevant run the rest of the way.
Gus Edwards (RB – LAC): 52% Rostered
So far it hasn’t been pretty for Gus Edwards since J.K. Dobbins got injured. I think we all know Edwards’ days of being an efficient runner are likely over, but sometimes volume is all we need at the running back position and Edwards is still the clear lead back for the Chargers.
Over the next three games, Edwards has excellent matchups against the Bucs, who are struggling on defense against all positions, and New England in Week 17, who rank 28th in run defense. Edwards’ ceiling is low, but he’s worth rostering in case you need to plug in some additional floor to your lineup.
Tank Bigsby (RB – JAX): 45% Rostered
Over the last few weeks, Tank Bigsby has dealt with nagging injuries but he looked healthier in Week 13 and saw 32% of the running back opportunities, rushing for 4.0 yards per carry and breaking a long run.
In Week 15, Bigsby gets a Jets defense that’s had their sandals on for months, ready for the offseason. They rank 23rd in run defense. The following week, the Jaguars play the Raiders and then the Titans, neither of whom will have much to play for.
Braelon Allen (RB – NYJ): 30% Rostered
This is the waiver wire add of the week. Braelon Allen’s rostership may creep up several percentage points before you’ve read this. Breece Hall is listed as doubtful for this week and hasn’t practiced at all. According to our Are They Playing? tool, Hall has a 5% chance to play in Week 14.
Allen has acquitted himself well when he’s had opportunities this year with three touchdowns and 337 all-purpose yards on 79 touches. He can show why he was an exciting prospect with an easy rest-of-season schedule, including games against the Jaguars, Rams and Bills.
Braelon Allen is about to win you your fantasy football leagues.

Cedric Tillman (WR – CLE): 38% Rostered
A concussion has kept Cedric Tillman out for both Week 13 and Week 14, but Kevin Stefanski maintains Tillman will be back in time for Week 15. If you can spare a bench spot, he’s worth picking up.
Tillman had top-12 finishes in three consecutive weeks from Week 7 onwards. Despite the rest of the Browns players starting to dial in, Tillman looked strong enough to be relied upon. Tillman looks particularly useful for a Week 16 game against the Bengals, whose pass defense is beyond anemic.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling (WR – NO): 37% Rostered
The Saints lost Taysom Hill to a season-ending knee injury, further depleting a depleted pool of players and allowing Marquez Valdes-Scantling to continue to run pure.
Over three games, Valdes-Scantling has seven catches for 232 yards and four touchdowns, which is an absurd level of efficiency, but he’s the only wide receiver earning targets and Derek Carr seems to like throwing to him. The Saints play the Commanders in Week 15 and the Raiders in Week 17, both of whom you can throw on.

Parker Washington (WR – JAX): 4% Rostered
The deepest of deep adds this week comes in the form of Parker Washington. Last week, Washington saw a 28% target share, which was a season-high. The Jaguars’ pass defense constantly puts them in situations where the offense needs to move the ball. If you’re not feeling the Tank Bigsby pickup then this one would make sense.
Washington has slowly grown into the role Christian Kirk vacated when he got injured. It’s not a safe one, but he’s worth adding this week and seeing if the high volume continues in Week 15.
Cole Kmet (TE – CHI): 49% Rostered
The Bears are finding their feet far later in the season than most people would have liked, but the splits are clear since the change in offensive coordinator with Caleb Williams averaging 10 more fantasy points per game than previously, and that’s benefiting everyone in the offense.
Cole Kmet is a frustrating tight end for fantasy often going missing after massive weeks, but he’s consistently out there and that’s more than can be said for some at the position.
Hunter Henry (TE – NE): 42% Rostered
Since Drake Maye entered the starting lineup, Hunter Henry has been a top-10 tight end and the primary pass-catcher for the Patriots. The Patriots’ defense can’t stop anyone and faces above-average offenses in the Cardinals, Bills and Chargers through the fantasy playoffs.
Those games will likely put the Patriots’ offense in pass-heavy scripts. If Maye is passing, Henry will likely be involved plenty.
Los Angeles Chargers D/ST: 39% Rostered
In the fantasy playoffs, the Chargers face the Bucs, Broncos and Patriots. The Chargers’ defense ranks top 10 in several categories and should have a solid floor in these games, even if it’s a little unspectacular.
