Wednesday’s NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions: Domantas Sabonis, DeMar DeRozan, Donovan Mitchell (11/6)

Wednesday’s NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions: Domantas Sabonis, DeMar DeRozan, Donovan Mitchell (11/6)

Welcome to Sleeper Picks. Sleeper’s newest offering promised plenty of entertainment and action, and they delivered. We will break down our top three picks for tonight’s NBA action. Sleeper is quickly becoming one of the most popular season-long fantasy platforms, and they are expanding into other areas based on demand. Each week in this space, we’ll talk about some strategy for the new platform while providing our favorite NBA more/less picks.

NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (11/6)

Domantas Sabonis (C – SAC): 0.5 double doubles

Sabonis continues to haul in boards at an incredible clip, averaging 13.4 rebounds per game. Sabonis is the reigning double double and triple double king, making this a must play whenever we can catch it before the line expires. Domantas has recorded six straight double doubles and registered an all-time NBA record of 77 last season. Slap the More on Sabonis for Wednesday night basketball.

Pick: More

DeMar DeRozan (G/F – SAC): 19.5 points (alt line)

DeRozan is going to be all the way up for the rematch against his former team. He is averaging 25.4 points per game and scored a season high 33 against Toronto on Saturday. DeMar has recorded 20 or more points in all seven of his games this season and is in an excellent position to do so again tonight. He may not take 27 shots again, but there is no doubt that he is going to be aggressive from the floor. Dap the More on DeRozan for Wednesday night at Sleeper Picks.

Pick: More

Donovan Mitchell (G – CLE): 6.5 1st quarter points

Mitchell has been going crazy in first quarters for the Cavaliers this season. Case in point: he scored 13 first quarter points against Milwaukee on Monday but managed just one more point the rest of the game. Donovan is averaging 7.6 first quarter points per game, but that number is skewed by bagels against Detroit and Washington. Mitchell is averaging 10.6 points per game in his past five contests. We felt much better about this total at 5.5 due to the increased probability, but based on Mitchell’s recent play, 6.5 is still a high enough probability to keep it on tickets. Mash the More on Mitchell for Wednesday night’s action.

Pick: More

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
