Monday’s NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions: Scottie Barnes, Karl-Anthony Towns, Jalen Brunson (11/25)

Welcome to Sleeper Picks. Sleeper’s newest offering promised plenty of entertainment and action, and they delivered. We will break down our top three picks for tonight’s NBA action. Sleeper is quickly becoming one of the most popular season-long fantasy platforms, and they are expanding into other areas based on demand. Each week in this space, we’ll talk about some strategy for the new platform while providing our favorite NBA more/less picks.

NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (11/25)

Scottie Barnes (G/F – TOR): 14.5 points (alt line)

Scottie has been solid since returning from the multi game layoff, averaging 17.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 2.0 steals, and 0.5 blocks per game. He should be back in the 20s as soon as tonight, but we will be tapping the alt line until he gets it going again. Scottie has scored at least 17 points in five of his six games this season and is in an excellent position to do so again tonight against a Detroit Pistons team surrendering 21.02 points per game to the point guard position. Bump the More on Barnes for Monday night basketball.

Pick: More

Karl-Anthony Towns (F/C – NYK): 26.5 points

KAT has been excellent for the Knicks this season but has scored 26 or fewer points in three of his last four and four of his last six. Towns is liable to go off on any night, making Less plays a risky proposition, but KAT comes into tonight’s contest nursing a calf injury that should continue to limit his aggressiveness. Tap the Less on Towns for Monday night at Sleeper Picks.

Pick: Less

Jalen Brunson (G – NYK): 5.5 assists (alt line)

Brunson continues his excellent play for the New York Knicks, averaging 25.1 points and 7.4 assists per game. He has dished out seven or more assists in six straight games and in eight of nine. Jalen is averaging a career high in assists due to an upgraded supporting cast and should hit at least six tonight against a Denver Nuggets team relinquishing the fifth most assists per game to the point guard position at 9.90 per contest. Jab the More on Jalen for Monday night’s action.

Pick: More

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
