Week 10 of the 2024 NFL season is in the books. Hopefully, your team pulled out the victory. However, the only easy win was last week’s win. So, let’s look at the top streaming quarterback options for Week 11.
All the quarterbacks in this article are rostered in under 50% of ESPN 1QB leagues and under 25% in superflex leagues.

Streaming Targets in 1QB Leagues
Justin Herbert (LAC) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (47.8% Rostered)
Fantasy players had no interest in starting Herbert in superflex leagues earlier this season. The Chargers have been one of the top run-heavy offenses in the NFL, with a lack of weapons. The superstar quarterback averaged 22.8 pass attempts and 10.4 fantasy points per game before the team’s Week 5 bye, totaling 11.2 or fewer fantasy points in every contest. However, Los Angeles has become a more balanced offense lately. Herbert has averaged 30 pass attempts and 18.4 fantasy points per game since the team’s bye.
More importantly, the superstar has averaged 21.1 fantasy points per game over the past three weeks, totaling 19.5 or more in every contest. Furthermore, Herbert is using his legs, totaling 32 or more rushing yards in two of the past three games. Meanwhile, the Bengals pass defense has struggled, giving up 230 passing yards, 1.7 touchdowns, and 20.4 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season. They have surrendered two or more passing touchdowns in 55.6% of their games since Week 1, allowing four scores twice, including last week.
Russell Wilson (PIT) vs. Baltimore Ravens (40.2% Rostered)
Pittsburgh’s passing attack has been significantly better since making the change at quarterback. Wilson has averaged 245.7 passing yards, two touchdowns, and 18.9 fantasy points per game in his three starts this season, totaling 18.1 or more twice. Last week, the veteran had his worst completion rate this year, connecting on only half of his pass attempts. However, he had a season-high three passing touchdowns, including the game-winner to Mike Williams with just over two minutes left in the contest. More importantly, Wilson has an excellent matchup in Week 11.
Many believe the Ravens can win the Super Bowl this season. However, their pass defense has been awful. Last week, Joe Burrow ripped Baltimore’s secondary apart for 428 passing yards, four touchdowns, and 33.7 fantasy points. It was the second time this year that Burrow had at least four passing touchdowns and 33 fantasy points against the division rivals. More importantly, quarterbacks have averaged 2.8 passing touchdowns and 26 fantasy points per game against the Ravens over the past six weeks, totaling 21 or more in all but one contest.
Streaming Targets in Superflex Leagues
Drake Maye (NE) vs. Los Angeles Rams (11.6% Rostered)
The rookie quarterback has played well since taking over as the starter. Maye has averaged 227.3 passing yards, 1.8 touchdowns, and 17 fantasy points per game in his four healthy starts, totaling two or more scores in half the contests. Furthermore, the rookie is a threat with his legs, averaging 44.2 rushing yards per game over the past five weeks, totaling 24 or more yards in all but one start. He was solid in Week 10 against an elite Chicago Bears defense, totaling 11.8 fantasy points on 25 attempts.
Meanwhile, Maye faces a Rams defense that has had issues with quarterbacks this season. They surrendered 16.4 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over the first nine weeks, slightly above the league average. Los Angeles “held” the Las Vegas Raiders’ quarterbacks to 0.4 fantasy points in Week 7. However, the Rams have given up 2.3 passing touchdowns and 19.9 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks in the other six contests since Week 1 before tonight’s matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Maye has been a solid QB2, regardless of the matchup.
Jameis Winston (CLE) vs. New Orleans Saints (5.4% Rostered)
Winston has started two games this season, showing fantasy players the good and the bad with the veteran quarterback. He was outstanding in his first start, completing 65.9% of his pass attempts for 334 yards, three touchdowns, and 23.6 fantasy points against the Baltimore Ravens. Unfortunately, Winston struggled against the Los Angeles Chargers, completing 56.5% of his pass attempts for 235 yards, one touchdown, three interceptions, and 10.1 fantasy points. Hopefully, the veteran and the Browns offense fixed some of their issues during the team’s Week 10 bye.
While Winston can be extremely boom-or-bust for fantasy players, the former No. 1 overall NFL Draft pick gets a revenge game matchup against his former team on Sunday. The Saints’ pass defense has been inconsistent this year. However, they have struggled lately. New Orleans has surrendered 1.4 passing touchdowns and 16.8 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over the past five weeks, giving up 24.1 or more twice. While he will throw an interception or three, Winston should score over 20 fantasy points against his former team.
Streamer to Avoid
Will Levis (TEN) vs. Minnesota Vikings (2.5% Rostered)
Typically, streaming articles provide which players to target off the waiver wire. However, I will give one quarterback that fantasy players should avoid streaming each week.
Last week, Levis returned to the lineup after missing three games with a shoulder injury. Many had no interest in starting the second-year quarterback against a talented Los Angeles Chargers defense after he had averaged one passing touchdown and 7.7 fantasy points per game before getting hurt. Yet, Levis managed to throw two touchdowns and scored 19.1 fantasy points, setting season highs in both categories. However, one of the touchdowns came at the end of the game. More importantly, fantasy players should avoid streaming him in Week 11.
The former Kentucky star faces an elite Vikings defense on Sunday. Minnesota completely shut down the Jacksonville Jaguars passing attack last week. Mac Jones had 111 passing yards and two interceptions, scoring 5.2 fantasy points. Furthermore, he was a goal-line rushing touchdown away from scoring negative fantasy points in Week 10. Unfortunately, that kind of dominance is nothing new for quarterbacks facing the Vikings. Minnesota has held quarterbacks to 13.7 fantasy points per game, surrendering fewer than six in a third of their matchups, including in back-to-back games.
