Week 12 Injury Updates

Malik Nabers (WR – NYG)

TBD. Comments lean towards playing, but data favors sitting. Groin re-aggravation typically requires 2-3 weeks of recovery. A late-week addition to the injury report increases the likelihood he sits. Elevated re-injury risk if active.

Sam LaPorta (TE – DET)

Playing after full practice (FP) all week. Data projects 95% of pre-injury production.

Mike Evans (WR – TB)

Likely to play. WR1s coming off hamstring injuries usually avoid efficiency dips or workload limits. However, there’s a high re-injury risk.

Ladd McConkey (WR – LAC)

TBD. Slight lean towards playing. If limited in practice (LP) on Saturday, expect a mild 10-15% dip in production.

Isiah Pacheco (RB – KC)

Likely targeting a Week 13 return. Projections indicate volatile production during the first month back, with significant efficiency dips and workload management.

Brock Purdy (QB – SF)

MRI results were reportedly clean. His return depends on pain management. A Week 13 return is likely.

George Kittle (TE – SF)

Likely to play with a mild ~10% production dip. Moderate re-injury risk (~15%) remains a concern.

D’Andre Swift (RB – CHI)

TBD, though data favors playing. No production dip is projected if active.

Keenan Allen (WR – CHI)

TBD. Comments suggest a mild ankle issue. Wide receivers often play through similar injuries without missing time.

Dalton Kincaid (TE – BUF)

Video suggests a mild PCL sprain. Typical recovery is two weeks, pointing to a likely Week 13 return.

DeVonta Smith (WR – PHI)

Re-aggravated a hamstring injury, with an average recovery time of 2-4 weeks. Data leans toward a multi-week absence with a high re-injury risk upon return.

Jonathon Brooks (RB – CAR)

RBs typically see a 25-50% workload after a four-game ramp-up, but Brooks’ management suggests a slower progression than average.

Adam Thielen (WR – CAR)

TBD. Data slightly favors playing (~55%). A mild dip in production is projected for one game, with a high re-injury risk.

Jake Ferguson (TE – DAL) & Tyjae Spears (RB – TEN)

Both players are dealing with concussions. The most common timeline points to a likely Week 13 return without any production dip.

Keon Coleman (WR – BUF)

Reports remain optimistic for a return in Week 13-14. Data slightly favors Week 14.

Trevor Lawrence (QB – JAX)

Expected to return in Week 13. With the injury affecting his non-throwing shoulder, no production dip is projected.

Rashod Bateman (WR – BAL)

Saturday practice status will be crucial. Late-week additions to the injury report often correlate with high chances of missing the upcoming game (Week 12).
