Fantasy Football Injury Updates: Week 10

Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) ‘trending towards’ missing Week 10
Jaguars coach Doug Pederson said Trevor Lawrence is “trending towards” missing Sunday’s game against the Vikings.

Fantasy Impact

It is the non-throwing shoulder that is banged up for Lawrence. Mac Jones is likely to start in his place against Minnesota, adding some more risk to the Jaguars offensive weapons for fantasy managers.

Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) cleared to make season debut Sunday
49ers coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed that Christian McCaffrey is set to make his season debut on Sunday against the Buccaneers.

Fantasy Impact

McCaffrey remained limited at practice on Thursday. It is possible he is still eased back to some extent, but he should be in fantasy lineups.

Darius Slayton (concussion) ruled out for Sunday
Darius Slayton (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers.

Fantasy Impact

Slayton is still in the NFL’s concussion protocols and has been ruled out for Sunday’s game. This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, as it was previously reported that he wasn’t planning on making the trip to Germany with the team. Wan’Dale Robinson and Jalin Hyatt may see more work in his absence.
