Sunday’s Week 10 slate was a fairly light one in terms of notable injuries impacting your fantasy football team, however, there were certainly some worth mentioning.

Fantasy Football Injury Report & Week 11 Outlook (2024)
Miles Sanders (RB – CAR)
Miles Sanders was carted off during Sunday’s game and did not return. If you rostered Sanders you likely weren’t starting him. I am confident you can drop him to the waiver wire. Sanders’ injury will likely allow rookie Jonathon Brooks an opportunity at playing time, if healthy and activated. I am fairly high on Brooks. As the Panthers’ season continues to look like a competition for a better draft pick, Brooks could certainly eat into Chuba Hubbard‘s workload. Hubbard managers are likely on borrowed time from here on out.
Tank Bigsby (RB – JAX)
Tank Bigsby left Sunday’s game with an ankle injury but eventually returned. With Travis Etienne and D’Ernest Johnson healthy, I’m avoiding starting anyone in the Jaguars’ backfield. However, I am the highest on Etienne of the three. Etienne started the season dominating backfield snaps, but that changed due to injury and game script. If Bigsby misses time I am higher on Etienne and vice versa.
Aaron Jones (RB – MIN)
Aaron Jones was carted off after a hard hit but ended up returning to Sunday’s game. If you roster Jones, I would strongly recommend adding his backup, Cam Akers. If Jones were to miss time it’s fair to consider Akers as a fantasy start sit flex option.
Dalton Kincaid (TE – BUF)
Dalton Kincaid caught two passes Sunday before leaving with a knee injury. He didn’t return, leaving Dawson Knox as the Bills’ No. 1 TE.
If you roster Kincaid, it’s certainly time to look elsewhere for a tight end, at least in the short term. If Knox is the best available option, I wouldn’t hate that, especially with Kincaid sidelined. They do cannibalize each other when they are both active. Other tight ends available in most leagues I would consider are Taysom Hill, Jonnu Smith and Theo Johnson.
