Week 13 Injury Updates
Breece Hall (RB – NYJ)
Set to play with a projected full workload.
DeVonta Smith (WR – PHI)
TBD. Data leans towards sitting (60% chance). If active, he carries a high re-injury risk.
Trevor Lawrence (QB – JAX)
There is no production dip expected since the injury affects his non-throwing side. However, there is a high risk of re-aggravation if he takes a hit or lands on it.
CeeDee Lamb (WR – DAL)
Re-aggravated an AC sprain, which is often managed with injections. If active in Week 14, expect a moderate production dip (~15%).
JK Dobbins (RB – LAC)
Out with an MCL sprain. Video analysis suggests moderate severity. Recovery typically takes 2-3 weeks, so he’s expected to miss Week 14.
Brock Purdy (QB – SF)
Cleared to play. MRI results were reportedly clean, but he faces a moderate re-aggravation risk.
DK Metcalf (WR – SEA) & Tyler Lockett (WR – SEA)
Practice progression indicates veteran load management. No limitations are projected.
Tee Higgins (WR – CIN)
Playing but remains a high re-injury risk due to multiple in-season soft tissue injuries and an extensive history.
Keon Coleman (WR – BUF)
TBD. Leaning towards sitting in Week 13 with a likely return in Week 14. His appearance in a non-contact jersey on Friday suggests a cautious approach, especially for a rookie.
Dalton Kincaid (TE – BUF)
Out. The average recovery for his injury is 2-3 weeks. A return to practice in the coming week is likely.
Josh Downs (WR – IND)
Out with an AC sprain. The fact that he returned in-game suggests mild to moderate severity. A return in Week 15 is expected, as Week 14 is a bye.
Isiah Pacheco (RB – KC)
Managed 7 carries and 1 reception in Week 13. Data suggests a three-game ramp-up in touches to regain full workload.
Tyjae Spears (RB – TEN)
Likely playing with no projected workload limits or efficiency dip.
Romeo Doubs (WR – GB)
Data favors a Week 14 return, likely at pre-injury production levels.
DeMario Douglas (WR – NE)
TBD. Data projects a 2-in-3 chance of playing, with a mild re-injury risk (~10%).
Matt Milano (LB – BUF)
TBD. After three full practices (FP), he appears ready. The decision likely depends on the coach/trainer’s discretion.
Ja’Tavion Sanders (TE – CAR)
Out. Projections lean towards a Week 14-15 return.
