Dynasty Trade Advice: Jakobi Meyers, Tucker Kraft, Bryce Young (Week 10)

Dynasty Trade Advice: Jakobi Meyers, Tucker Kraft, Bryce Young (Week 10)

With the fantasy football season heating up, it’s time to look closely at some key players in your dynasty league who could make or break your roster’s success. With Davante Adams‘ trade to the Jets, Jakobi Meyers steps up as the primary receiver for the Raiders, making him a top buy candidate. On the other hand, it may be time to cash in on Tucker Kraft‘s TE8 value, given his touchdown dependency and limited PPR points when he doesn’t score. And when it comes to Bryce Young, the advice is simple: hold tight and watch his progress as he finds his footing in a challenging Panthers offense. Let’s dive into this week’s dynasty trade advice and explore the best moves to maximize your roster’s value this season.

Buy: Jakobi Meyers (WR – LV)

With Davante Adams traded to the Jets, Meyers has become the clear number-one target in the offense over Brock Bowers. Over the past two games, he has seen 18 targets and finished as a WR2 both weeks (Sleeper). It may not be the most appealing name to acquire, but he is in a great fantasy situation for the rest of the season, being the number-one option on a bad team that will be throwing the ball more than running. Per KeepTradeCut, Meyers is currently valued as the WR57 and a late second-round pick. A few receivers valued higher than him are Christian Watson, Dontayvion Wicks, Diontae Johnson, and Ricky Pearsall. I heavily lean Meyers over those names for this season at the very least.

If I can buy Meyers for any late second-round pick, I am jumping all over that. I could use a WR3 or an upgrade at a flex position in every league. I would also pivot off any of the above-mentioned names, along with Stefon Diggs, Tyler Lockett, and DeMario Douglas.

Sell: Tucker Kraft (TE – GB)

Kraft is currently sitting as the TE8 on KeepTradeCut. It’s time to cash in on what he has done so far this season, being valued as a top-ten tight end. He is a very touchdown-dependent player, as in games, he has not found the endzone, and he has not scored more than 6 PPR points (Sleeper). Kraft is most likely money you found in your couch cushions and not a part of your weekly lineup coming into the season. Selling high on Kraft and buying low on Mark Andrews would be a move I’m interested in exploring. Tiering down to one of the rookie tight ends Ja’Tavion Sanders, Erick All, or Theo Johnson while getting some kind of plus on top would be my first attempt at unloading Kraft. I have Sanders ranked higher than Kraft, with All and Johnson not too far behind.

Hold: Bryce Young (QB – CAR)

Young has started the past two games in place of Andy Dalton and while he hasn’t produced huge numbers, he looks to be improving from what we’ve seen previously this season. His value cannot get any worse at this point, and for now, it appears the Panthers will give him another chance to show what he can do, albeit in a terrible offensive environment. I’m willing to ride the wave the rest of this season and see if he remains the QB for a hopefully improved Panthers offense in 2025 or if he gets a shot on another team via trade.
