Thursday’s NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions: Klay Thompson, Damian Lillard, Jalen Green (10/31)

Thursday’s NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions: Klay Thompson, Damian Lillard, Jalen Green (10/31)

Welcome to Sleeper Picks. Sleeper’s newest offering promised plenty of entertainment and action, and they delivered. We will break down our top three picks for tonight’s NBA action. Sleeper is quickly becoming one of the most popular season-long fantasy platforms, and they are expanding into other areas based on demand. Each week in this space, we’ll talk about some strategy for the new platform while providing our favorite NBA more/less picks.

NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (10/31)

Klay Thompson (G/F – DAL): 9.5 points (alt line)

Klay Thompson has been a solid addition for the Mavericks. He provides floor spacing, three point shooting, defensive prowess, and a reliable third option. Klay has scored 18 or more points in three of his four games with the Mavericks. He managed to score a meager seven points in his last contest due to taking just seven field goal attempts. Klay will have a green light tonight and should feel motivated going up against someone who just got a big money extension like Jalen Green. Tap the More on Thompson for Thursday night at Sleeper Picks.

Pick: More

Damian Lillard (G – MIL): 6.5 1st quarter points

Damian Lillard has been a tone-setter for the Bucks to start the season, draining eight or more points in the first quarter in three straight games. His 8.8 points per first quarter currently ranks fifth in the association. Lillard is looking to start strong this season rather than being passive, and it is working as he once again looks like Dame Time. Lillard is in an excellent position to score at least seven first quarter points, especially with Ja Morant being a big enough star for Dame to want to show up. Dap the More on Dame for Thursday night’s action.

Pick: More

Jalen Green (G/F – HOU): 5.5 1st quarter points

Jalen Green is averaging seven points per first quarter through his first four games, pouring in nine or more points in three of them. He could have a tough time against Klay Thompson, but he has shot .421 in the first anyway. He has averaged 4.8 field goal attempts and 1.8 trips to the line through the four contests, so the volume should be there tonight. Grab the More on Green for Thursday Night Basketball.

Pick: More

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
