Sleeper is quickly becoming one of the most popular season-long fantasy platforms, and they are expanding into other areas based on demand. Each week in this space, we’ll talk about some strategy for the new platform while providing our favorite NFL more/less picks.
Sleeper Picks NFL Week 6
2024 Season record: 10-5
Derrick Henry (RB – BAL): 75.5 rushing yards (alt line)
It was a slow debut for Derrick Henry back in Week 1, but since then, he has morphed back into King Henry the War Horse. Henry has recorded 84 or more rushing yards in four straight games, clearing 92 rushing yards in three straight. He has averaged 131.5 rushing yards over those four games. Henry shows no signs of slowing down now that the Ravens have installed packages to maximize his potential and should continue to thrive in an offense where opposing defenses are forced to account for the two-time, reigning MVP of the league. We took an alt line here because the multiplier drop from 1.73x to 1.43x is negligible, and it greatly increases the probability of a click. Washington has surrendered at least 91 rushing yards to the running back position in every game this year, putting Henry in line for another game atop the century mark. Stefon Diggs (WR – HOU): 65.5 receiving yards
I contemplated Tank Dell here as well, but the Diggs line was low enough that he made the most sense based on what we have seen from the two receivers this year. Nico Collins is on IR, which means that CJ Stroud will have close friend Dell back as a two wide starter but also means that Diggs should be peppered with targets as the depth chart behind Diggs and Dell consists of Xavier Hutchinson, an aging Robert Woods, and the talented John Metchie, who has never proven a return to form after missing a year due to a battle with Leukemia. Diggs has recorded 69 or more receiving yards in three straight games and should be good for at least that against the New England Patriots. New England has relinquished the ninth most receiving yards per game to the wide receiver position at 164.2 per contest. Dap the More on Diggs for Week 6 at Sleeper Picks.

Darnell Mooney (WR – ATL): 53.5 receiving yards
This is where my Malik Nabers play usually goes, but he is not yet listed at Sleeper Picks due to not yet clearing concussion protocol (as of writing). If he is active, he is the play here for the More on receiving yards. He will clear whatever number they assign to him. Nabers had a concussion and not an injury that wil cause him to see limited snaps whenever he does finally return. On to this play, Darnell Mooney was elite in Week 5, hauling in nine of 16 targets for 105 receiving yards. Mooney has topped 56 receiving yards in four straight games and should hit at least 55 this weekend, even if gamescript severely cuts Kirk Cousins‘ pass attempts compared to last week. Mooney is a deep threat who can hit this number on just one or two receptions. Carolina has allowed the 14th most receiving yards per game to the wide receiver position at 147.2 per game. This suggests that even without gamescipt they are still gifting plenty of yardage to the position. There was some alt line consideration here as other markets have Mooney listed as low as 50.5, but three yards is very unlikely to make a difference here.
