Fantasy Football Trade Advice
Jonathon Brooks (RB – CAR)
“I’m buying low on Carolina Panthers rookie running back Jonathon Brooks. As of today, he is still on the IR, but he could see his practice window open any day. Since Andy Dalton took over as quarterback for the Panthers, they have looked like an entirely different offense and have begun to produce some fantasy-relevant players. One of those players who has looked good was Chuba Hubbard. Hubbard has never been anything more than a middling committee back during his NFL career, and if he can look like a solid fantasy asset, I can’t wait to see what the talented Brooks can do once he gets the chance. I’m willing to give up Najee Harris, Jerome Ford, Devin Singletary, and even Rachaad White to acquire Brooks before he is activated. Go out and get him now; his buy-low window is going to close once the Panthers officially open his practice window.”

Dalvin Cook (RB – DAL)
“Here’s a Ringo longshot special for larger leagues (12+) with deep rosters that not too many fantasy analysts are talking about, Dalvin Cook. The Cowboys’ struggling run game might be ready for a change. Don’t be surprised if they give Cook a shot to add some sizzle to their offense. Remember, it was only two years ago when Dallas’ RBBC with Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard produced RB 19 and RB 7, respectively. I guess you could say Ringo doesn’t think Cook will burn you, or that Cook is cooked, or that there are too many Cooks (Brandin and Dalvin) in the Cowboys’ kitchen. I’ll see myself out now, haha! Cook should be available in most leagues as a free agent and is worth a speculative waiver add, imo.”
– Mark Ringo (Sleepers and Busts)
J.K. Dobbins (RB – LAC)
“J.K. Dobbins started out the season extremely hot, but he has cooled down during the past two weeks. Now, he’s on a BYE week, and this is the perfect time to try to inquire about adding him to your roster. Jim Harbaugh is giving him the lion’s share of the rushing attempts in this backfield, and that won’t stop all season long. See if you can dangle a player like Jaylen Waddle, Amari Cooper, or Jared Goff to acquire Dobbins.”
