Fantasy Football Trade Advice
Alvin Kamara (RB – NO)
“The Saints have played better than anticipated, and if I could trade Alvin Kamara now, I would. His value is at its highest point, and trading him could help me upgrade to 2-3 different spots. Maybe a deal like Kenneth Walker, Christian Kirk, and Sam LaPorta for Kamara, lesser WR, and lesser TE would work.”
– Dr. Roto (FullTime Fantasy)
“Alvin Kamara has been elite to start the season, and he’s once again on a torrid pace in fantasy football. He’s RB1 in PPR leagues right now, and you probably want to hold him. Don’t. As much as I love Kamara, he is 29 years old, and he can’t keep up with this efficiency all season. While he might still produce it, he won’t be at the RB1 pace he is at. Take this as your opportunity to sell high and get some value in return.”
– Morgan Colby (The Fantasy Champions)
Derrick Henry (RB – BAL)
“I’m trying to sell Derrick Henry, but I’m probably willing to wait another week if I don’t get the right price right now. Henry was a dominant RB and is RB3 on the season after his RB1 finish last week. It really can’t get much higher than that. If I can pivot down to Barkley or Nabers plus an upside piece, I’m gladly doing that. Henry will return to earth eventually, but it might be after facing a porous Bengals defense in Week 5. If you get a good price, then take it while you can.”
– Andrew Hall (FantasyPros)
D’Andre Swift (RB – CHI)
“D’Andre Swift was horrendous over the first three weeks, averaging 5.5 half-point PPR fantasy points per game, 1.8 yards per rushing attempt, and 1.43 yards after contact per attempt. Yet, he suddenly became good because of a matchup against a struggling Los Angeles Rams run defense? Swift scored 26 half-point PPR fantasy points in Week 4, totaling 41.2% of his fantasy production in the passing game after leading the team with seven targets, including three designed targets (per Fantasy Points Data). While he has another great matchup against the Carolina Panthers this week, I would explore trading him and a No. 3 wide receiver for a struggling superstar running back like Bijan Robinson or De’Von Achane.”
