Cooper Kupp ruled out for Week 5 vs. Packers
Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp has been ruled out by head coach Sean McVay ahead of their Week 5 matchup with the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
With the Rams set to have Week 6 off with a bye, there is further incentive to hold Kupp out, as he will have two weeks to rest, the expectation as was reported by ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. Kupp as not yet returned to practice, so until that happens, there should be little reason to expect him to return to real-game action. In the meantime, the Rams are running a three-man WR rotation of Tutu Atwell, Demarcus Robinson and rookie Jordan Whittington, with Puka Nacua still likely a month away, per Fowler.

Will Levis feared to have AC joint injury, ‘100%’ is starter
Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis, who played just a pair of drives in a 31-12 win, is expected to receive an MRI on a feared AC joint injury. He is “100%” considered the starter going forward, says head coach Brian Callahan.
Fantasy Impact
Levis had completed three of his four pass attempts for 25 yards, with his sole incompletion resulting an interception, while adding two rushes for five yards. He left the game early and was replaced by QB Mason Rudolph, who had 85 yards in a 9-for-17 winning effort. Tennessee fortunately has a bye week in Week 5, a positive sign for his availability for Week 6. His situation should be monitored, though he likely was not a starter outside of two-QB fantasy leagues.

Tua Tagovailoa ‘symptom free,’ on track to return as early as Week 8
Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) is “symptom-free” according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, and could see a return to play as soon as Week 8.
Fantasy Impact
This is great news regarding Tagovailoa and the Dolphins’ offense, as the 26-year-old QB could see the field again by midseason. Expect the team to be cautious with him however, as he did suffer the third concussion of his professional career just two weeks ago, and will remain on IR for at least two more games.
