As we head into the heart of the season, it’s crucial to assess player values and team dynamics. This week, I spotlight Ja’Lynn Polk of the Patriots as a potential buy, while urging managers to consider selling high on Stefon Diggs of the Texans. Meanwhile, D’Andre Swift’s recent surge suggests that holding onto him could yield significant dividends. Let’s dive into these players.

Dynasty Trade Advice: Week 7
Buy: Ja’Lynn Polk (WR – Patriots)
We haven’t seen much so far this season to get excited about Polk but he does have the draft capital and Drake Maye has taken over as the starting for New England. In the last three weeks, he has played the most snaps and seen the most targets of the season (The Fantasy Footballers).
- Week 4: 83% of snaps played, seven targets
- Week 5: 100% of snaps played, six targets
- Week 6: 65% of snaps played, four targets
This is the time to buy before we potentially see him make strides the more he plays with Maye. I would look to send a mid-late second-round pick for Polk right now as the manager that has him likely spent a second-round pick to acquire him.
Sell: Stefon Diggs (WR – Texans)
Now is the perfect time to sell Diggs with Nico Collins on IR for the next three weeks at least. He is currently WR10 averaging 17 PPR points per game and WR6 overall. Once Collins is back Diggs’ opportunity will dip and he will be back to a high-volume WR2 or WR3. Get top dollar for the 30-year-old WR while you can use his situation to your advantage.
Per KeepTradeCut, he is currently valued as WR37 ahead of players such as Josh Downs, Rashid Shaheed, and Keon Coleman who all have a better dynasty outlook than Diggs but can still put points in your lineup now. Valued at WR31 is teammate Tank Dell who I much prefer over Diggs right now and moving forward. These players would be my top target to pivot off of Diggs to get better dynasty assets while still scoring points this season.
Hold: D’Andre Swift (RB – Bears)
I know it’s always tempting to sell an “older” RB once they are producing and doing it consistently but Swift could be a league winner for your team. He currently sits at RB20 averaging 15.1 PPR points per game and RB9 overall. In the first three weeks, he was RB40+ but in the last three weeks, he has been RB3, RB3, and RB8. Caleb Williams is getting better each week and the offense is healthier with Keenan Allen back in the lineup. It’s no coincidence all these things are coming together and Swift is producing at an elite level. The better Williams plays, the better the offense is and the better Swift produces.
