Jacoby Brissett remains starter for Patriots
Patriots coach Jerod Mayo said Jacoby Brissett remains the starting quarterback for New England.

Fantasy Impact

“Jacoby is our quarterback until he is not the quarterback,” Mayo said. “I thought last night he showed a lot of toughness, a lot of grit.” Despite Drake Maye making an appearance in the last drive of the game, Brissett figures to remain under center next week against the 49ers.

Kareem Hunt won’t be elevated for Week 3
Kareem Hunt won’t be elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s matchup against the Falcons.

Fantasy Impact

Hunt signed with the Chiefs’ practice squad earlier this week after Isiah Pacheco (leg) got placed on injured reserve, but he isn’t going to be elevated for Kansas City’s matchup against the Falcons in Week 3. The team wants to give him a bit more time before giving him in-game reps, and that will leave Samaje Perine and Carson Steele as the two top backs for Kansas City on Sunday night.
