Puka Nacua could miss 5-to-7 weeks
Puka Nacua could miss between five to seven weeks, depending on how quickly his sprained PCL heals.

Fantasy Impact

Nacua injured his knee during the preseason and reaggravated the injury during the Rams’ Week 1 loss to the Lions. He was subsequently placed on injured reserve, ensuring he would miss the next four games. The Rams are now saying that Nacua might miss more than the four-game minimum as his status for Week 7 against the Raiders and Week 8 against the Vikings is in question (the Rams have a Week 6 bye). Cooper Kupp will remain a target hog while Demarcus Robinson and Tyler Johnson will fill secondary roles while Nacua is sidelined.

Keenan Allen (heel) game-time decision Sunday night
Keenan Allen (heel) will be a game-time decision Sunday night vs the Texans. If he does play, he is expected to be used more sparingly than usual.

Fantasy Impact

Allen did not practice in any capacity this week due to a heel injury that had also bothered him leading up to Week 1. It does still seem like Allen will try to give it a go, but will almost certainly not be at 100% if he does. Rome Odunze (knee) is also not at 100%, so the Bears could lean heavier on DJ Moore as well as TEs Cole Kmet and Gerald Everett against the Texans.

Rome Odunze (knee) game-time decision, expected to play Sunday night
Rome Odunze (knee) will officially be a game-time decision for Sunday night’s game vs the Texans but is currently tracking to play.

Fantasy Impact

Odunze did not practice until Friday this week in which he was a limited participant, but there is optimism that he can play Sunday night. It’s unlikely that he will be at 100% less than a week after an MCL sprain, but with Keenan Allen (heel) also banged up, Odunze may see an increased workload even with the injury.
