Justin Herbert (ankle) is expected to start at quarterback in Week 4 for the Los Angeles Chargers against the Kansas City Chiefs barring any pregame setbacks according to Ian Rapoport

Herbert carried a questionable designation entering the weekend but was able to convince the head coach Jim Harbaugh that the signal caller is good to go for Sunday.
