Christian McCaffrey (calf) expected to practice Tuesday
Christian McCaffrey (calf) is expected to participate in San Francisco’s practice on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact

McCaffrey has been sidelined for most of training camp so far while nursing a calf injury, but he is finally expected to make his return to practice on Tuesday. The team was taking a cautious approach to ensure that he doesn’t re-aggravate the injury, but with the team’s season opener less than a week away now, they’re now bringing him back up to speed. He should be good to go for Week 1 and will obviously be a must-start player for fantasy purposes.
