Alvin Kamara (hip/ribs) planning to play vs. Falcons
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara is set to play in Week 4 despite being ailed this week by a pair of hip and rib injuries.

Fantasy Impact

Kamara logged a DNP-limited-limited series of practices this week; his early non-participation provided quite the scare, but he seems good to go against his division rivals in Atlanta. Kamara has been a star this season, highlighted by a four-TD performance in Week 2 against the Dallas Cowboys. He has a half-PPR Week 4 ECR of RB5, a must-start in all leagues. If he is limited, RB Jamaal Williams will act as N.O.’s RB2.

Deebo Samuel Sr. expected to play Sunday vs. Patriots
San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel Sr., who was dealing with a calf injury, is expected to return to action in Week 4 against the New England Patriots.

Fantasy Impact

It’s unclear if he could be on any sort of pitch count, but after initially having a timetable of multiple weeks, Samuel is set to return after just one week off due to a calf injury. Samuel was DNP-limited-limited in practice, and if he plays, he provides high-end upside as a threat to receive valuable and schemed-up touches in a dangerous offense that is returning its top weapons (TE George Kittle also set to return in Week 4). This bumps down the value for any managers looking to Flex Jauan Jennings again after his smash-hit Week 3 outing.

Keenan Allen plans to play Sunday vs. Rams
Veteran WR Keenan Allen plans to try and play on Sunday for the Chicago Bears after missing the last two games with a heel injury.

Fantasy Impact

Allen was listed as questionable after going limited-limited-full in practice ahead of Week 4. The Pro Bowl wideout had four catches for 29 yards in the season-opener, and after rookie Rome Odunze flashed in Week 3, Allen should pair with Odunze and veteran WR DJ Moore to give a trio of receivers who could elevate rookie QB Caleb Williams in a get-right matchup with a vulnerable L.A. Rams defense.
