Jaylen Warren (knee) is considered week-to-week according to Gerry Dulac.

Warren suffered the injury during Sunday’s victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. Fantasy managers will need to monitor the running back’s status as the week progresses. If Warren misses Week 4, Najee Harris should receive the majority of Warren’s touches for head coach Mike Tomlin.

Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) to meet with doctors this week
Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said the plan is for Tua Tagovailoa to meet with doctors this week.

“The plan has never changed – he’s meeting with neurologists this week,” McDaniel said. “The plan hasn’t changed and it’s being executed.” Tagovailoa will have to miss at least the next three games as he remains on IR.

Skylar Thompson day-to-day with chest injury
Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said Skylar Thompson is day-to-day with a chest injury he suffered on Sunday against the Seahawks.

McDaniel added that the team is mulling other quarterback options. It could be Tim Boyle or Tyler Huntley under center on Monday against the Titans.
