Evan Engram hoping to see more deep targets
Evan Engram said he is hoping to earn more deep targets on the Jaguars offense this season.
Fantasy Impact
Engram had a big season last year, but a lot of his targets came in the short-to-intermediate passing game. With the departure of Calvin Ridley, it is possible Engram sees some of those departed targets down the field. He was a top-5 fantasy tight end last season and his ceiling could take another step forward if his ADOT increases by a significant amount, even if he doesn’t match his 114 receptions.

Kyle Pitts looking to move around at tight end and wide receiver
Kyle Pitts is reportedly expected to play at both tight end and wide receiver this season.
Fantasy Impact
Pitts figures to move around the entire line all season as he looks to finally break out on the Falcons offense. He is also expected to block more which should only leave him on the field for more snaps.

Jaleel McLaughlin seeing solid involvement in preseason
Jaleel McLaughlin has been seeing solid involvement in Denver’s offense this preseason.
Fantasy Impact
Many consider McLaughlin to be a potential breakout candidate for the 2024 season, and that has been backed up by his involvement in the preseason. He had the most snaps through the first two drives with the starters in Week 2 of the preseason, which could indicate that the coaching staff wants him to play a big role this year. He still has Javonte Williams ahead of him on the depth chart, however, so he shouldn’t be more than a late-round dart throw in most league formats at this point.
