Bo Nix expected to be first-team QB Monday
Broncos QB Bo Nix is expected to operate as the first-team quarterback Monday.

Fantasy Impact

Nix continues to compete with Jarrett Stidham and Zach Wilson for the starting job for the 2024 season. The rookie quarterback has a strong practice Saturday and will get the nod to work with the first-team during Monday’s practice. The quarterback competition will likely continue throughout camp and into the preseason.

Dylan Laube has reportedly impressed early in camp and is making a case for immediate playing time.

“I hope so. He is off to a great start,” OC Luke Getsy said. “He has a great feel for it, and he doesn’t have the errors as far as what his responsibilities are. That’s really cool to see from such a young guy.” Gaube has drawn great reports early in camp and could compete for an immediate role on passing downs behind Zamir White.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Will Shipley has been seeing work with the first-team offense with Saquon Barkley not practicing today due to personal reasons.

Shipley was selected out of Clemson with the 127th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. The rookie RB may be a smart pickup as a handcuff for Barkley owners if he is to become the primary backup in Philadelphia.
