Caleb Williams to get ‘ample run’ in preseason games
Caleb Williams is expected to get “ample run” in the Bears preseason games.
Fantasy Impact
The Bears worked out a plan to get Williams reps in their preseason games in August. “Haven’t made any decisions but we certainly want to get him some reps,” coach Matt Eberflus said. “I know the guys last year [2023 first-round QBs C.J. Stroud, Bryce Young and Anthony Richardson] got 45 to 55 reps in terms of those guys. We’re looking right in that range. We’ll see, but again, it’s always week to week because you have to see what the health of your line is and where everybody is. But certainly, all those exposures are equally as valuable.” It appears like Chicago won’t hold back too much in giving the No. 1 pick reps in August.

MarShawn Lloyd expected to make early impact for Packers
Rookie RB MarShawn Lloyd is reportedly expected to make an early impact for the Packers.
Fantasy Impact
Lloyd was selected with the No. 88 overall pick in April. Green Bay also brought in Josh Jacobs to be the lead back, but it sounds like Lloyd may have a bigger role than AJ Dillon in the backfield.

Drake Maye needs to be ‘clear winner’ in QB competition to start Week 1
Drake Maye reportedly needs to be the “clear winner” in the quarterback competition in Patriots camp to start Week 1.
Fantasy Impact
It was reported that Jacoby Brissett is taking all of the first-team reps at quarterback to begin camp. Maye should still get his chance to prove himself, but he’ll have to dominate to have a chance to start to open the regular season.
