Rashod Bateman exits practice, injury not a concern
Baltimore Ravens WR Rashod Bateman left practice early on Monday and didn’t return after getting tangled up with a DB during a 1-on-1 rep. Head coach John Harbaugh later said the injury is not considered “a serious thing … just kind of a little soreness.”
Fantasy Impact
Bateman had the talent coming into the NFL, but injuries have held the former first-round pick back throughout his career. He has dealt with hamstring, Lisfranc and groin injuries in his young career and has only appeared in 34 games, starting 21. His situation should remain monitored, but most likely it was just a scare and he will be fine for the season, as Harbaugh said they took him in “to be safe.” He is being drafted in half-PPR leagues on average as the WR79, according to FantasyPros’ data.
