Theo Johnson potentially nearing return from PUP list
New York Giants rookie TE Theo Johnson appeared to be moving well on the sideline Friday and did not seem limited, potentially meaning a near return to action off the PUP list, according to Art Stapleton of NorthJersey.com.

Fantasy Impact

Johnson was a fourth-round pick out of Penn State who was most well-known for his high-end athletic testing. He had at least a 90th-percentile score in the vertical and broad jumps, 40-yard dash, and short shuttle. With Darren Waller retiring, Johnson (6’6″, 259) could provide a downfield threat playing alongside third-year TE Daniel Bellinger once Johnson recovers from his hip flexor injury.
