News & Notes

Ryan Helsley continues to pace the MLB with 33 saves, followed by Emmanuel Clase with 32 saves and Kyle Finnegan with 28 saves.

Hunter Harvey was the first reliever to be traded two weeks ago from the Nationals to the Royals.

This week, we have seen A.J. Puk traded to the Diamondbacks, Yimi Garcia traded to the Mariners, Ryne Stanek traded to the Mets and Nate Pearson traded to the Cubs.

Tanner Scott has drawn interest from six teams and figures to be the top closer on the trade market. We could see a handful of other relievers traded as well ahead of the July 31 deadline.
