News & Notes

Ryan Helsley continues to lead the MLB with 29 saves, while Emmanuel Clase (25 saves), Kyle Finnegan (22 saves), Raisel Iglesias (20 saves) and Robert Suarez (20 saves) also have at least 20 saves.

Trevor Megill is one of the hottest closers in June, recording eight saves so far in the month, including seven saves in seven appearances from June 8 to June 19.

Devin Williams is scheduled to throw another bullpen session this weekend. He won’t return until after the All-Star break with Megill remaining the Brewers’ closer until then.

Jordan Romano and Yimi Garcia are both targeting a return to the Blue Jays’ bullpen before the All-Star break. Chad Green should remain the primary closer for Toronto until then.
