Christian Watson found potential fix for hamstring issues
Green Bay Packers WR Christian Watson believes he found the source of his hamstring injuries, a muscle imbalance between his two legs, and is working toward remedying that going forward.

Fantasy Impact

Watson’s legs had a 20% imbalance in muscle mass, according to the results he found at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine and Public Health. Watson has worked toward getting the difference between 8-10%. On top of increasing his leg strength, Watson has time to fully heal during the offseason, and after missing 11 games in his first two years because of his right hamstring, he looks to play in full in Year 3.

Rome Odunze: Bears hopeful rookie returns next week
Rookie WR Rome Odunze (hamstring) will look to “ramp back in” next week for a return to the Chicago Bears’ OTAs, says head coach Matt Eberflus.

Fantasy Impact

Odunze reportedly did some work at a walk-through speed on Thursday and will aim to return within the next week. The rookie WR has been dealing with a hamstring injury for the last week, and the Bears will look to ease him in as they prepare for a new-look offense in 2024.
