Russell Wilson drawing interest from Steelers
The Steelers are reportedly interested in signing Russell Wilson and plan to meet with him before the start of free agency.

Fantasy Impact

Wilson would be an immediate upgrade for Pittsburgh that saw Kenny Pickett, Mason Rudolph and Mitch Trubisky under center last season. Wilson reportedly has interest in Pittsburgh as well.

Jonnu Smith signs two-year deal with the Dolphins
Jonnu Smtih and the Miami Dolphins reached agreement on a two-year deal with the do worth up to $10 million.

Fantasy Impact

Smith was recently released by the Falcons. He caught 50 passes for 582 yards and three touchdowns last season playing alongside Kyle Pitts, and now has the chance to hold a feature role in Miami. Mike McDaniel hasn’t had a super productive tight end the past couple of years, but Jonnu will have his chance and can be an intriguing flier in the double-digit rounds of fantasy drafts.

Michael Thomas expected to be released by the Saints
The New Orleans Saints are reportedly expected to release Michael Thomas.

Fantasy Impact

Thomas has dealt with a number of injuries in recent seasons, and releasing him would cost the Saints around $18 million in dead cap. If he is released, he’ll likely look to land a short-term prove-it deal with a new team in free agency.

Jordan Travis (ankle) expected to be fully cleared by April
Jordan Travis was recently told by doctors during a recent checkup that he should be fully cleared by April.

Fantasy Impact

Travis had his season end early in his final year at Florida State due to an ankle injury. He’ll likely be selected as a flier for a team in April during the NFL Draft.
