According to Fowler, the door is not “completely closed” but it appears unlikely. Henry will be part of a free agent with some pretty big names among running backs. It will be interesting to see where Henry lands from a fantasy football perspective. It is possible a better offense could provide him more upside, but potentially less volume.

Geno Smith: Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald does not fully commit to veteran
Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald reportedly did not fully commit to Geno Smith as the teams starting quarterback in an interview.

Fantasy Impact

“Always looking, always trying to figure out what’s best for the team all the time,” Macdonald said when asked about the starting quarterback situation for Seattle next season. The Seahawks have been rumored to be a team who could be interested in a quarterback in the NFL Draft in April, but that player would likely sit behind Smith to start. While this could be a situation to monitor, chances are Smith will likely be the Seahawks starting quarterback come the start of the season in September.
