One of the most exciting parts of the NFL offseason has come and gone. The 2024 NFL Combine has come to a close, and it is time to look back and see what we learned about some of the more overlooked talents for fantasy football.
While there are several players who could populate this list, the three listed below are my favorite choices for early production for 2024 and beyond.

Prospects Who Boosted Their Stock at the 2024 NFL Combine
Ricky Pearsall (WR – FLA)
To say Ricky Pearsall has been slept on this draft cycle is an understatement. Pearsall will enter the NFL after his senior season, but he has multiple plus traits and showed out at the Senior Bowl. On the tape, Pearsall shows good hands and the ability to change gears quickly. He understands route pacing well and seamlessly gets in and out of his breaks. He is also impressive after the catch.
His athletic testing at the Combine was impressive enough to place him in my top 65 players. He posted a Relative Athletic Score (RAS) of 9.78 out of a possible 10, according to Kent Lee Platte of RAS Football.
Not only that, but Pearsall looked like he belonged while running routes and going through the rest of the Combine Drills. He is one of the biggest risers on my board in an absolutely stacked wide receiver class. Fantasy managers aren’t likely to see him significantly contribute in his rookie season. Still, Dynasty managers can mark him down as a late second-round or early third-round value at receiver.
Jaylen Wright (RB – TEN)
Jaylen Wright was a name that many had as a fringe top-10 running back in the 2024 NFL Draft class. It’s safe to say that he left the Combine much higher. Wright jumped from my RB6 in this class to my RB4. His jump had more to do with sub-par performances from Audric Estime and Bucky Irving, but how he performed definitely didn’t hurt. After putting up over 1,100 all-purpose yards in his final year at Tennessee, he posted the second-fastest 40-yard dash time, 4.38, with a top-five ranking broad jump and vertical.
We knew that Wright would be one of the most explosive players at the Combine, but this showing will surely move him up teams’ draft boards. His profile is a step closer to being complete. As we start to get a clearer picture, his player comparisons are intriguing, with names like Raheem Mostert, Tevin Coleman and Chuba Hubbard.
Adonai Mitchell (WR – Texas)
While most of the headlines will be talking about the other wide receiver out of Texas, Xavier Worthy, the sharps are talking about Adonai Mitchell. Mitchell has an odd production profile. He had a limited run at Georgia before transferring to Texas for his final season to be closer to family. In his final season, he was able to put up nearly 900 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns while sharing the field with another possible first-round wide receiver. Measuring officially at 6-foot-2 and 205 pounds, Mitchell is impressive in the intermediate-to-deep areas of the field. He needs to refine his route running to unlock his ceiling, but the Combine showed us just how high that ceiling is. Mitchell posted a 4.35 40-yard dash and tested out with elite speed and athleticism.
He left the Combine with the highest RAS score of any wide receiver (9.97 out of 10), which “ranked 11th out of 3,063 other wide receivers from 1987 to 2024,” according to RAS score creator Kent Lee Platte.
