Bo Nix reportedly plans to throw for scouts at the NFL Combine.
Fantasy Impact
Nix is coming off a huge final season at Oregon, throwing for over 4,500 yards on a 77 percent completion percentage with 45 touchdowns to three interceptions. After five seasons in college, Nix figures to draw a lot of interest from teams who have a hole to fill at the quarterback position. He’ll look to raise his draft stock at the Combine.

J.J. McCarthy reportedly plans to throw for scouts at the NFL Combine.

Coming off a National Championship, there has been a lot of buzz around McCarthy recently with some suggesting he could be a top three-to-four quarterback drafted off the board. The Giants and Raiders are two teams he has been linked to early on.

Caleb Williams not throwing at NFL Combine
Caleb Williams, a former USC and Oklahoma quarterback and projected QB1 in the 2024 NFL Draft, is not expected to throw at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine.

Williams will wait to throw and work out for teams at USC’s Pro Day, which is not uncommon among prospects nowadays. The star QB is likely opting to put on a show for scouts at the Pro Day because it’s a more controlled and predictable environment than the busy NFL Combine. He will still be in Indianapolis for the NFL Combine to meet with teams.
