Dynasty Rookie Draft Prospects
Brock Bowers (TE – Georgia)
The most versatile tight end prospect in some time, Bowers did a bit of everything in school, lining up all over the formation and showing an excellent combination of functional strength, athleticism, speed, receiving skills, and dynamism with the ball in his hands. More importantly, he should be able to continue executing those various responsibilities at the pro level. That should make him a high first-round pick, assuming everything checks out with his ankle. Will certainly be the top tight end off the board.
Cade Stover (TE – Ohio State)
One of the most physically and athletically gifted tight ends in the class, he is still relatively new to the position but already shows impressive blocking ability and the speed to threaten down the seams in the passing game. Those traits could make him a potential starter at the next level, and so stands a chance of coming off the board on the second day, but certainly by the mid-rounds.
Ja’Tavion Sanders (TE – Texas)
A smooth, versatile tight end who seemed underutilized in the passing game this past year, often being used as a decoy or retained in pass protection, but who has some natural receiving skills. His ability to line up all over the formation, execute a wide variety of different blocks, and provide quarterbacks with clean route running and a reliable pair of hands could make him a pretty well-rounded starter at the next level. Looks like a second-day selection.
