Fantasy Football Outlook: Bijan Robinson, Devin Singletary, Zamir White, Andrei Iosivas (Week 18)

Every week we’ll bring you The Primer, a deep dive into every fantasy-relevant player from every NFL game of the week. You can find the full weekly Primer here. Below we dive into a few notable players ahead of this weekend’s games.

Fantasy Football Outlook

Devin Singletary: Since Week 10, Singletary has averaged 18.8 touches and 96.9 total yards. He ranks 16th in explosive run rate and 24th in missed tackles forced per attempt. Singletary should flirt with 20-25 touches this week. Indy has struggled with run defense. Since Week 12, they have allowed the 11th-most rushing yards per game, the eighth-highest missed tackles per attempt, and the second-highest yards per carry to gap runs (Singletary 48.4% gap). Singletary is stackable with Stroud.

Andrei Iosivas: We’ll see if Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase play this week. Higgins is banged up, and Chase isn’t 100%. Iosivas could return to the starting lineup this week. The one-game sample we have with him in the starting lineup was quite nice. In Week 16, he commanded a 19% target share, a 34% air-yard share, and a 21.4% first-read share. Yes, he only produced 1.16 YPRR, but it’s a one-game sample, and we are looking for volume from punt wide receivers. Iosivas has displayed the ability to draw targets. He’ll face the backup tandem of Khalef Hailassie (UDFA rookie with only six targets this season in coverage) and Cameron Mitchell (68.2% catch rate and 99.1 passer rating) if Cleveland sits their starters.

Bijan Robinson: Arthur Smith has decided to put the silly games aside for the last two weeks. Since Week 16, Robinson has played at least 75% of the snaps while averaging 18.5 touches and 104 total yards. Robinson has still had to contend with Tyler Allgeier in the red zone, but he has the edge over him in the last two weeks with six opportunities versus Allgeier’s four. Among 65 qualifying backs, Robinson ranks sixth in missed tackles forced per attempt and 38th in yards after contact per attempt. Robinson should be the engine of the offense this week with 18-20 touches. Since Week 12, New Orleans has allowed the fifth-most rushing yards per game, the sixth-most missed tackles per attempt, and the seventh-highest yards after contact per attempt.

Zamir White: Josh Jacobs remains out of practice (quad). The Raiders can continue to ride their 2024 feature back in White for a final time this season. Over the last three games, White has played 57-76% of the snaps, averaging 22.4 touches and 112 total yards. Among 65 qualifying backs, White ranks 17th in explosive run rate and 12th in yards after contact per attempt. He faces a Denver run defense that has improved, but since Week 12, has still ranked 18th in stuff rate while allowing the second-highest yards per carry to zone runs (4.9) and the second-highest success rate to zone runs (White 45.6% zone).
