While we don’t have any more byes, this is one of the smaller slates of the season. We have one game on Thursday, three on Saturday, and one on Monday. That leaves us with just nine games on the main card, but that still gives us plenty of options to talk about. We’re down to the season’s final weeks, so let’s dive into this Week 16 card!

NFL Week 16 DFS Cash Game Lineup Advice & Picks
The players below are ones I’m looking at for cash game considerations for Week 16:
Quarterbacks
DraftKings
Justin Fields (QB – CHI): $7,100 vs. ARI
We usually have Fields in the GPP section, but he will be highly rostered with how few games there are. The reason for that is his upside; he’s scored 30 DraftKings points multiple times each season. He’s also averaging 19 DraftKings points per game in a “down” year and should destroy an Arizona team with a 24th OPRK against opposing quarterbacks.
Trevor Lawrence (QB – JAX): $6,600 at TB
We’re not sure T-Law will be ready to suit up, but many DFS managers will roster him if he does. This former top pick has been brilliant over the last month, scoring at least 17 DK points in five straight fixtures. He’s also averaging nearly 25 fantasy points per game in that span, and he gets his best matchup of the year here. Tampa is surrendering the second-most passing yards in the NFL.
FanDuel
Dak Prescott (QB – DAL): $8,500 at MIA
Dak is the most expensive player on the slate, but he’s earned it. Some might be scared off by that dud in Week 15, but he was the top-scoring quarterback over the last month before that. In fact, Prescott averaged nearly 30 FanDuel points per game across his previous eight outings. It’s not like Miami is a scary matchup with the 23rd OPRK against opposing signal-callers.
Kyler Murray (QB – ARI): $7,600 at CHI
Kyler can be a risky option, but he will be rostered everywhere at this price and in this matchup. Let’s start there because Chicago sits 18th in total defense. That’s terrifying when evaluating Murray’s upside, because he’s been the highest-scoring quarterback at times throughout his career. He’s also averaging 18 FD points per game despite recently returning from an ACL tear, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see him go off the final three weeks of the year.
Running Backs
DraftKings
Derrick Henry (RB – TEN): $6,800 at SEA
It’s surprising that Henry is in the cash game section with the way he’s been struggling, but DFS managers will want to use him in this spot. His biggest variable is the matchup, with Seattle allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs. That’s hard to overlook with Henry below $7K, because we saw Henry play at a $9K-level this time last year.
Bijan Robinson (RB – ATL): $6,300 vs. IND
This is another surprising insertion into the cash game section because Bijan has been one of the biggest busts in fantasy. The good news is that he’s been much better outside of that dud last week, averaging 18 DK points per game across his previous four fixtures. He was also seeing a bump in usage, and Atlanta should go back to him against an Indy team that allows the third-most fantasy points to opposing backs.
FanDuel
Rachaad White (RB – TB): $7,700 vs. JAX
White is the most expensive running back on DraftKings, but he’s sixth in salary on FanDuel. That will have him rostered by everybody, because he’s been one of the best backs in the second half of the season. He’s scored at least 12 FanDuel points in nine consecutive outings, and he’s averaged over 17 FD points per game in that stretch. Not to mention, Jacksonville has a 24th OPRK against opposing rushers.
Kenneth Walker (RB – SEA): $6,800 at TEN
Walker looked incredible on Monday night. The Seattle weapon scored 19 FD points against one of the best defensive lines in the NFL, which is awesome since he averaged 17 FanDuel points per game through the opening two months. Injuries slowed him down in the middle of the season, but facing a 27th-ranked Titans run defense should keep him on track after that marvelous showing on Monday.
Wide Receivers
DraftKings
CeeDee Lamb (WR – DAL): $9,200 at MIA
Lamb has been the highest-scoring receiver over the last two months, and he will be force-fed in what could be one of the games of the year. CeeDee has scored at least 17 DraftKings points in nine straight outings, averaging nearly 30 DK points per game in that span. That’s ridiculous, and we don’t want to fade him since Miami has a 17th OPRK against opposing wideouts.
DK Metcalf (WR – SEA): $6,700 at TEN
Metcalf has been much better in the second half of the season. The athletic beast has at least 13 DK points in five of his last six outings, posting a 17-point average in that stretch. That’s amazing from a sub-$7K player, and Seattle will keep throwing to him in this tremendous matchup with Tennessee. The Titans are allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing receivers.
FanDuel
Tyreek Hill (WR – MIA): $10,000 vs. DAL
Hill missed last week, but all signs indicate that he will be ready to go for this premier matchup with Dallas. It’s not easy to face this daunting Dallas defense, but Hill has made minced meat of every team he’s faced this year. The speedster has scored at least 20 FanDuel points in nine games, generating a 21-point average. That’s the highest total in the NFL, and you know he’ll be hungry in this showcase game.
Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR – DET): $8,600 at MIN
St. Brown has struggled the last few weeks, but we saw him return to form on Saturday. Amon-Ra scored 21 FD points in that gem, which is no surprise since he scored at least 11 FanDuel points in his first 11 games of the year. That’s the floor you’re looking for from a cash game receiver, especially since he faces a Minnesota team posting a 23rd OPRK against opposing wideouts.
Tight Ends
DraftKings
Trey McBride (TE – ARI): $5,700 at CHI
McBride might be the top tight end in my rankings for the remainder of the season. He’s led all tight ends in targets since taking over this job, scoring at least 23 DraftKings points in three of his last five outings. Most tight ends haven’t reached that once all season, but it’s far from shocking since he’s getting double-digit targets in every game. The matchup is the icing on the cake, with the Bears owning a 27th OPRK against opposing tight ends.
FanDuel
David Njoku (TE – CLE): $6,600 at HOU
Njoku has taken over since Flacco became the quarterback. That’s led to the Cleveland TE scoring 21 and 24 FanDuel points in his two most recent outings. It’s hard to believe that he’s fourth in salary, particularly since he has over 60 targets across his last six games. In addition, Houston is allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends.
Defense/Special Teams
DraftKings
New York Jets D/ST: $3,100 vs. WAS
It’s shocking to see the Jets this cheap. This team doesn’t have elite statistics, but anyone who watches NY knows this is one of the best defenses in the NFL. That makes the $3,100 price tag stunning, mainly because they face a Washington team that surrenders the third-most fantasy points to opposing D/STs. The odds agree, making NY a 3.5-point favorite in a game with a 37.5-point total!
FanDuel
Cleveland Browns D/ST: $4,800 at HOU
Cleveland is fourth among all D/STs with nearly 10 FanDuel points per game. Some people might fade them in what looks like a tough matchup, but this Texans’ offense is terrible right now. CJ Stroud, Tank Dell, and Nico Collins are all nicked up right now, leading to Houston scoring 22 or fewer points in five consecutive fixtures. Don’t be surprised to see this game be a grinder between two bad offenses.
