Fantasy Football Quarterback Streamers & Waiver Wire Targets (Week 11)

Fantasy Football Quarterback Streamers & Waiver Wire Targets (Week 11)

Week 10 of the 2023 NFL season is in the books. Hopefully, your team pulled out the victory. However, the only easy win was last week’s win. So, let’s look at the top streaming quarterback options for Week 11.

All the quarterbacks in this article are rostered in under 50% of ESPN 1QB leagues and under 25% in superflex leagues.

Streaming Targets in 1QB Leagues

Jordan Love (GB) vs. Los Angeles Chargers (44.7% Rostered)

Love has had a rocky first year as the starter. Yet, the former Utah State star has been a solid streaming option or QB2 in superflex leagues. He has averaged 16.7 fantasy points per game in 2023. After a strong start, Love struggled heading into the team’s bye week. However, he has averaged 1.5 passing touchdowns and 15.1 fantasy points per game since the team’s Week 6 bye. Last week, the former Utah State star had 289 passing yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers, a career-high.

The Chargers have surrendered 20.2 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, one of the highest averages in the NFL. Yet, Los Angeles gave up zero touchdowns and only 18.4 fantasy points to Tyson Bagent and Zach Wilson over the previous two weeks before facing Jared Goff. The veteran ripped the Chargers apart for 333 passing yards, two touchdowns, and 21.1 fantasy points despite the Detroit Lions’ running backs combining for 193 rushing yards, three touchdowns, and 42.3 half-point PPR fantasy points. Love could have his first 20-point performance since Week 3 against Los Angeles.

Joshua Dobbs (MIN) vs. Denver Broncos (38.9% Rostered)

Fantasy players can no longer ignore Dobbs. After a solid fantasy run with the Arizona Cardinals, the veteran has been outstanding since landing in Minnesota. He came off the bench, totaling two passing touchdowns, one rushing score, and 24.9 fantasy points in Week 9 against the Atlanta Falcons. Then, Dobbs had 268 passing yards, one touchdown, one rushing score, and 25.1 fantasy points last week against a talented New Orleans defense. More importantly, the veteran is producing with his legs outside of the touchdown scores.

After averaging 32.3 rushing yards per game in Arizona, Dobbs has had at least 44 yards in both games in Minnesota. He has scored at least 10.4 fantasy points with his legs in both games as a Viking. Meanwhile, the Broncos had surrendered the seventh-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks entering Week 10, giving up 18.3 per contest. They have given up at least 17.3 fantasy points to quarterbacks in four of their past seven matchups. While Denver’s defense has played better lately, that shouldn’t keep fantasy players from streaming the veteran quarterback.

Streaming Targets in Superflex Leagues

Zach Wilson (NYJ) vs. Buffalo Bills (7.3% Rostered)

No one likes starting Wilson, even in a deeper superflex league. However, the former BYU star has been decent since the bye week. Over the past three weeks, the third-year quarterback has only one passing touchdown but scored 12.1 or more fantasy points twice. Furthermore, he had over 260 passing yards for the second consecutive game last week, scoring 13.9 fantasy points against the Las Vegas Raiders. More importantly, the former BYU star is using his legs, averaging 20.4 rushing yards per game this season.

Wilson has had at least 25 rushing yards in nearly half the games, including twice since the bye week and a season-high 54 yards last week. Meanwhile, the Bills held quarterbacks to only 13.3 fantasy points per game over the first nine weeks this year. However, their defense has been destroyed by injuries. From Week 7 through Week 9, they gave up two passing touchdowns and 21.2 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks. While he won’t have a massive performance, Wilson could have a passing touchdown and 15 fantasy points.

Tommy DeVito (NYG) vs. Washington Commanders (0.9% Rostered)

With the New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts, and New England Patriots on a bye in Week 11, fantasy players might struggle to find streaming options in superflex leagues. However, DeVito isn’t the worst option this week. The undrafted rookie made his first career start in Week 10 against the Dallas Cowboys. While the Giants never had a chance, DeVito had two passing touchdowns and 13.5 fantasy points in the blowout. Furthermore, the undrafted rookie had seven rushing attempts for 41 yards in the loss.

More importantly, the Commanders have given up 20.2 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season, the most in the NFL, surrendering 21 or more in all but two games since Week 1. Furthermore, Geno Smith completed 46.4% of his pass attempts for 157 yards, zero touchdowns, and 2.7 fantasy points two weeks ago. However, he had his best performance in 2023 last week against Washington, completing 66% of his pass attempts for 369 yards, two touchdowns, and 24.1 fantasy points. DeVito won’t score 20 fantasy points but should have a decent QB2 performance.

Streamer to Avoid

Kenny Pickett (PIT) vs. Cleveland Browns (17.4% Rostered)

Typically, streaming articles tell you which players to target off the waiver wire. However, I will give one quarterback each week that you should avoid.

Fantasy players must have no faith in Pickett anymore. The second-year quarterback had a solid performance in Week 7, totaling 230 passing yards and 15.2 fantasy points. However, he has been awful over the past three weeks, averaging only seven fantasy points per game. Pickett has only 359 passing yards and one touchdown over the past three weeks, totaling more than 6.7 fantasy points once. Yet, the Steelers have won games because of their defense and rushing attack. Last week, Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren combined for 31 rushing attempts, 183 yards, and two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, the Browns have made life Hell for opposing quarterbacks. They have held quarterbacks to under 14 fantasy points in all but two contests. Furthermore, Lamar Jackson completed only 56.5% of his pass attempts for 223 yards, one touchdown, two interceptions, and 13 fantasy points last week. The superstar had only three interceptions this year entering the game, with the last one coming in Week 6. Pickett had only 10.3 fantasy points in the Week 2 matchup against Cleveland. Fantasy players should consider 10.5 fantasy points as his ceiling for the rematch.
