Jordan Love Is Coming On Lately. Will He Keep This Up?

The last two weeks have been great for Love: two top-10 finishes, over eight yards per completion and no interceptions. You also have to remember it was against the Chargers and Lions. The Chargers have been terrible against the pass, and he was already familiar with Detroit.

I’m not putting him in as a set-and-forget-it because he does have some unfavorable upcoming matchups, including the Giants, Chiefs, Panthers and Vikings. Kanas City and Carolina are both top 10 in points allowed to quarterbacks. He’s someone I would consider streaming or a QB2 in a super flex.

What Are Your Feelings on the Bears’ Backfield After This Week?

Just the backfield? There are a lot of overall concerns for this offense.

Chicago has an outside chance of making the playoffs, so they will remain competitive. We might have seen Roschon Johnson get a bump in snaps, but that was with D’Onta Foreman sidelined. I’m not taking too much stock into it.

At this point, I wouldn’t hold any running back in higher regard to the other.

Is Kyren Williams Going To Save My Team?

Yes. The Rams traded away Cam Akers because they liked what they had in Williams; it was just unfortunate he suffered an injury.

Last week was the best that offense looked all season. Williams running as well as he did allowed Matthew Stafford to have his best fantasy day of the season. Williams will continue to get a healthy balance of carries and can also play a part in the run game.

Is It Time To Consider Benching Austin Ekeler?

It’s always a tough call to bench a player you likely drafted in the first round. While you know they’re struggling, and it hurts your team, you also realize their potential.

That’s one reason why you have to keep Ekeler in your lineup. He’s too valuable to the Chargers’ offense. It’s also not just Ekeler; that offense is not functioning as a whole, and besides Keenan Allen, no one is a confident start.

The good news is he has an excellent schedule coming up. Three of his final five games are against a team in the bottom five in points allowed to running backs.

Week 13 Byes Have Destroyed My Lineup, What Are Some Streaming Options?

Russell Wilson (QB – DEN): I wouldn’t say Russell Wilson is cooking a six-course meal, but more like popping a Hungry Man in the microwave, and it doesn’t come out frozen in the middle. He had over 15 fantasy points in three of his last four games. He gets Houston this week, which allowed Baker Mayfield, Trevor Lawrence and Kyler Murray to recently have great performances.

Zack Moss (RB – IND): The injury to Jonathan Taylor will again have Zack Moss as the feature back. When Taylor was on the PUP list at the start of the season, Moss was RB4. Not only is he a start this week, but he is until Taylor returns.

Brandin Cooks (WR – DAL):  It’s been a disappointing year for Brandin Cooks, who came from Houston. It does look like we’re seeing positive regression, as he’s found the end zone in two of the last three games. He’s going against the Washington secondary, which has been a mess this year. So much so that they just let their defensive coordinator go. Dak Prescott and the offense are hot, so Cooks and the crew could put up big numbers.

Pat Freiermuth (TE – PIT): I am shocked to see Pat Freiermuth still available in 50% of leagues on some platforms. I know he’s been out for a while, but with that talent level, he deserved an IR spot. The Steelers had a season-high 421 total yards in the first game of the post-Matt Canada era, and you hope they can keep this going. Freiermuth is the security blanket Kenny Pickett missed and should get a heavy target share going forward.
