Great buy-low moves can set you up for victory in the short term and down the stretch. Solid sell-high deals can get you big hauls for overachieving players who likely won’t sustain their production.

Fantasy Football Trade Advice: Week 6
Jonathan Taylor (RB – IND)
“Jonathan Taylor did not practice with the team for almost two months. His usage in Week 5 should not have been a big surprise. Zack Moss may not go away, but Jonathan Taylor will eventually take over this backfield. Moss could be a trade piece as well. Taylor isn’t going anywhere, and he will not be the Colts backup Running back moving forward. His fantasy football playoff schedule includes Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Las Vegas.”

Darren Waller (TE – LV)
“Darren Waller was someone I talked up as a buy-low candidate prior to last week, and he still is a value following a solid eight-catch performance. Despite ranking TE9 in PPR scoring this season, Waller ranks second among tight ends in air yards. With Saquon Barkley returning, the running game will need to be respected, limiting the edge pressure a bit. This allows Waller to release on routes and be more effective in more valuable situations. I’d be willing to trade Gabe Davis or Christian Watson for him. ”

Tee Higgins (WR – CIN)
“For teams with 4-1 or 5-0 records, I’d be pursuing Tee Higgins right now, especially if he’s on a team that’s struggling and potentially willing to offer you a discount to have a player who can contribute now. Last week showed what the Bengals are still capable of, and the quality of this offense, combined with how concentrated it is between its top weapons, still positions Higgins to be a quality WR2 upon return. I’d look to see if flipping an RB2 into Higgins is possible.”

Diontae Johnson (WR – PIT)
“I’m looking to buy Diontae Johnson during his bye week. Johnson has been on the IR since week one and is on track to return in week seven. He could have played if the Steelers weren’t on bye this week. The Steelers desperately need their WR1 back on the field, as the remaining pass catchers have not entirely stepped up. Yes, George Pickens had a great week five. Pickett can rely entirely on Johnson, an elite weapon in the field’s short to immediate range. I’d see if I could flip Curtis Samuel‘s recent success or hot waiver pick up KJ Osborn for Johnson. ”
