Amon-Ra St. Brown ‘probable’ to play in Week 6, per HC

Amon-Ra St. Brown (abdomen) is “probable” to play in Week 6 versus the Buccaneers, head coach Dan Campbell told 97.1 The Ticket.

Fantasy Impact

Campbell is optimistic that the star receiver will return next Sunday after missing just one game. The 23-year-old has 26 catches, 331 yards, and two touchdowns this season, making him a low-end WR1 upon his return.

Andersen Pickard

De’Von Achane (knee) to miss multiple weeks

Dolphins RB De’Von Achane is set to miss multiple weeks after suffering a knee injury in Week 5.

Fantasy Impact

The team does not believe the knee injury is season ending, but they will continue to gather info on the injury before coming up with a recovery timeline. This is bad news for both the Dolphins and fantasy managers as Achane appeared to be breaking out over the last few weeks. Fantasy managers should expect Raheem Mostert to carry the load for the Dolphins moving forward.

Justin Jefferson being placed on IR with hamstring injury

The Vikings plan to place Justin Jefferson on injured reserve because of the hamstring injury he suffered in Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs, according to NFL insider Tom Pelissero.

Fantasy Impact

Jefferson’s exact timeline is still TBD and will depend on how he responds to treatment, per Pelissero. But he will now miss at least the next four games. The Vikings play the Bears, 49ers, Packers and Falcons the next four weeks and don’t have their bye until Week 13. With Jefferson out, Jordan Addison and K.J. Osborn should both see their roles increase, while the passing offense could lean a bit more on TE T.J. Hockenson, as well.
