Daniel Jones (neck) not practicing Thursday, not ruled out for Sunday

Daniel Jones (neck) will once again not practice Thursday. He has not been officially ruled out for Sunday yet.

Fantasy Impact

The Giants won’t rule Jones out and is still day-to-day for now. The neck injury wasn’t considered to be serious, but he will still likely need some practice under his belt this week if he is going to suit up for Sunday’s game vs the Bills. This is a situation that fantasy managers are going to have to keep monitoring as the week progresses.

Jahmyr Gibbs not practicing Thursday, to side with trainers

Detroit Lions rookie RB Jahmyr Gibbs (hamstring) was not practicing with the team for the second day to start the week, raising concerns about his availability in Week 6.

Fantasy Impact

Gibbs popped up on the injury report late last week, ultimately being ruled out for Week 5 with a hamstring injury. Consecutive DNPs make it unlikely Gibbs will suit up on Sunday. If he misses time again, RB David Montgomery should see the majority of the workload in the backfield for Detroit – as he saw almost every single snap before being pulled in a blowout win.

Treylon Burks not traveling to London, out for Week 6

The Tennessee Titans have ruled out WR Treylon Burks (knee), who will not travel with the team to London for Week 6’s Sunday opener.

Fantasy Impact

Burks has dealt with injuries all season and offseason, playing just three games so far this year. He was listed as a DNP on both Wednesday and Thursday, meaning he likely wasn’t even close to being available. In games without Burks this year, veteran WR DeAndre Hopkins averages over 100 yards per game, and no other receiver averages over 31 in what has been a struggling offense in 2023.
