Dalton Kincaid in concussion protocol
Bills TE Dalton Kincaid is in the NFL’s concussion protocol, per head coach Sean McDermott.
Fantasy Impact
Kincaid exited Sunday’s game in London with a head injury and will now have to clear the protocol in order to return in Week 6. Fantasy managers will want to monitor Kincaid’s status heading into a late Sunday game with the Giants.

Tank Dell in concussion protocol
Tank Dell has entered the NFL’s concussion protocol and will be monitored throughout the week according to head coach DeMeco Ryans.
Fantasy Impact
Dell exited Sunday’s contest after suffering the concussion, and will need to pass through the multiple steps in order to be cleared to return to action for the Texans ahead of a Week 6 showdown with the New Orleans Saints.

De’Von Achane dealing with knee injury
De’Von Achane is dealing with a knee injury sustained in the Dolphins Week 5 win according to head coach Mike McDaniel.
Fantasy Impact
Achane has exploded out of the Miami backfield, and his status at practice throughout the week will need to be monitored. If the running back will miss time, fantasy owners can expect Raheem Mostert to consume the majority of carries.

Jeff Wilson Jr. activated off IR, to have 21-day practice window open
Jeff Wilson will be activated off the injured reserve and have his 21-day practice window opened this week.
Fantasy Impact
Wilson was placed on the injured reserve right before the season and will soon join De’Von Achane and Raheem Mostert in the Dolphins backfield. However with reports Monday of Achane dealing with a knee injury, Wilson could step back into a significant role if Achane misses an extended period of time.
