Deebo Samuel (knee/ribs) considered day-to-day
Deebo Samuel (knee/ribs) is considered day-to-day ahead of San Francisco’s Week 5 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
Fantasy Impact
Samuel was uncertain for Week 4 because of a pair of injuries that he was dealing with, but he was able to play through them against the Cardinals. He was more or less a decoy, however, failing to log even a single target on the day. He should be better with another week to recover and is trending towards playing on Cowboys on Sunday.

Kyren Williams managing hip contusion
Kyren Williams is managing a hip contusion that he picked up in Sunday’s OT win over the Colts.
Fantasy Impact
Williams had a good game on Sunday, rushing for over 100 yards and two touchdowns in an OT win over the Colts. He picked up a minor hip injury during the game as well, but he was able to play through it and finish the game. It shouldn’t be a serious issue for him but is worth monitoring for fantasy managers this week.

Pat Freiermuth (hamstring) expected to miss 2-3 weeks
Pat Freiermuth is expected to be out for 2-3 weeks with a hamstring injury.
Fantasy Impact
The tight end suffered his hamstring injury during Sunday’s 30-6 loss to the Houston Texans. He wasn’t able to return to the game, and further testing has now revealed that he will miss 2-3 weeks because of it. That’s not bad, especially considering that the team has a bye week in that period. Rookie Darnell Washington will have an opportunity for more work next week against the Ravens in Freiermuth’s absence.
