Jimmy Garoppolo (back) officially ruled out
Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo has been officially ruled out due to a back injury.
Fantasy Impact
Based on the report, Garoppolo was transported via ambulance to the hospital. It appears he will be fully evaluated there and fantasy managers should expect an update on the severity of the injury soon.

Christian McCaffrey finds the end zone, exits with oblique injury
Christian McCaffrey rushed for 43 yards on 11 carries in the 49ers’ 19-17 loss to the Browns. He also caught 3-of-3 targets for an additional nine yards and one touchdown through the air.
Fantasy Impact
McCaffrey opened the scoring in the first quarter with his 13-yard touchdown reception. The big news coming out of the loss is the oblique injury for the star running back. He will likely undergo testing to determine the severity and fantasy managers should expect the team to release more information soon.

Ryan Tannehill injured in loss to Ravens
Ryan Tannehill completed 8-of-16 passes for 76 yards and an interception before leaving the game with an injury in Sunday’s 24-16 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Fantasy Impact
Tannehill went down with what looked like an ankle injury in the second half of Sunday’s loss and wasn’t able to return to the game. He was spotted on crutches after the game, and although we don’t know exactly what the severity of his injury is, it doesn’t look good. He didn’t do much from a fantasy standpoint before leaving the game, so even if he’s healthy in the near future, he won’t be worth rostering or starting in most fantasy formats.
