Javonte Williams (quad) practices in full Tuesday

Javonte Williams (quad) was upgraded to a full participant at Denver’s practice on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact

Williams did not play last week thanks to an injury he suffered in Week 4, and it also limited him at practice on Monday. However, he practiced again on Tuesday and was upgraded to a full participant, which puts him on track to play in Thursday night’s game against the Chiefs. An official decision will be made sometime closer to kickoff, but it looks like he will be able to play, which means less work for Jaleel McLaughlin moving forward.

Travis Kelce (ankle) officially limited at practice Tuesday

Travis Kelce (ankle) is officially listed as a limited participant in Kansas City’s practice on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact

The star tight end was able to practice on Tuesday following the ankle injury he suffered in Week 5, but he wasn’t a full participant and was limited. The team is taking his recovery day-to-day for now, but with a matchup on Thursday night this week, that complicates things a bit and could lead to him possibly missing a game. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status moving forward in the week to see if Kelce will have to miss any time.

Austin Ekeler ‘99% sure’ he’ll play in Week 6

Austin Ekeler (ankle) said that he’s ‘99% sure’ that he’ll play in Week 6 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact

Ekeler has been out for multiple weeks while nursing an ankle injury of some kind, but he was practicing on Tuesday and seems to have improved after the team’s bye week in Week 5. He told reporters that he’s ‘99% sure’ that he’ll play this week, which is quite obviously a great sign for his availability. He should be back this week in a tough matchup against the Cowboys, and his return will lead to Joshua Kelley losing all fantasy relevance for the foreseeable future.
