Week three has mostly come and gone, and it’s time to hit the trade markets in your leagues. We’re diving into players returning from injury, players coasting on name value, and players who don’t find themselves in ideal situations this week. As always, I’ve got three players to buy and three players to sell with an early eye on week four and beyond. And below let’s take a look at trade advice on a trio of players.

Early Week 4 Fantasy Football Trade Advice
Three Players to Sell
It’s tough to recommend selling any piece of an offense that was part of winning a game by 50 points but hear me out. The changing of the guard is coming for the Miami Dolphins, and Raheem Mostert could see opportunities decrease over the remainder of the season. He’ll still be involved, but De’Von Achane had over 200 rushing yards on 18 attempts against the Bears and figures to see his involvement in the Dolphins offense increase. Dangling Mostert in trade talks fresh from his four-touchdown performance in week three is not the worst idea.
Things are not going well for the Chicago Bears, and while some of the blame might rest on the coaching staff and front office, a lot of it should be shouldered by quarterback Justin Fields as well. Fields is still displaying many of the inconsistencies as a passer we saw in his first two seasons, except right now, he’s not offsetting that with high-level rushing performances like we’ve grown accustomed to. This looks increasingly like a lost season for the Bears, and Fields looks less like the franchise quarterback everyone hoped he was.
It hasn’t necessarily been a bad start to the season for Miles Sanders, but it could be seen as slightly disappointing coming off a 2022 season that saw him perform like a borderline RB1 more often than not. His rushing attempts have decreased in the first three games, and while his receiving work increased in week three, some of that could be thanks to Andy Dalton being under center in place of the injured Bryce Young. Sanders is likely in for an inconsistent 2023 season, and if I could pair him with another depth option from my roster to find a clear upgrade at running back, I’m on board.
