Another wild week of NFL action is behind us and boy, was it a doozy! We had a ton of points put on the board across the league, particularly by the Dolphins, who scored ten touchdowns against the Broncos. Rather than list the obvious names like Raheem Mostert and Devon Achane, here are some other players who saw their trade value change from last week due to their Week 3 performances.

After a huge output in Week 2 where he scored over 20 fantasy points, Ridder came crashing back down to Earth in Week 3. He completed 21 of 38 passes for 201 yards and no touchdowns. He also added a meager 3 yards rushing to his stat line. Ridder and the entire Falcons offense should be better than they are, but unfortunately that hasn’t panned out yet. I’m benching Ridder in deeper leagues and dropping him in shallower ones. He’s just too hit-or-miss for me. The talent is there, but the consistency is not. It’s hard to imagine anyone giving you much for him, but if a team is truly desperate enough to consider it, then get whatever you can.
Miller had all of the hype heading into Sunday’s games. but he was far from exciting. Miller ran nine times for 34 yards, finishing as RB50 on the week. A lot of fantasy managers were curious if Miller could carve out a role before Alvin Kamara comes back next week, and his stats say otherwise. Now with QB Derek Carr likely to miss time, I’m expecting that offense to look very different and potentially more explosive. I just don’t know if Miller fits into those plans though. I’m holding him on my bench where I can, but I’ve definitely soured on Miller and what could have been.
I was in the group that considered Higgins a WR1 for fantasy purposes during draft season. Through three weeks, I’m seriously reconsidering that position. Higgins finished Week 3 as WR82, catching two of eight targets for 21 yards. Burrow hasn’t looked like himself, and the Bengals offense still has some rust to work through, but 2 catches? That’s it? After a monster Week 2 where Higgins went off for 28.9 PPR points, his 4.1 in Week 3 is just brutal. I’m probably riding out the storm and continuing to start him, but if someone sends me a solid offer, I’d definitely consider moving him. Much like Ridder, he’s just too inconsistent for me right now.
As much as it pains me to admit it, Andrews might not be the tight end we thought he was. Andrews caught four of five passes for 35 yards, scoring 7.5 PPR points and finishing as TE20 on the week. Andrews just doesn’t seem to be the top target option on the team any longer. That title appears to belong to rookie Zay Flowers instead. If Andrews isn’t going to get the volume, then he’s someone I’m moving down my ranks going forward. The Ravens offense hasn’t looked as high-powered as we all hoped, which definitely limits Andrews’ upside. If I can move him for a package that helps my team in multiple ways, I’m happy to consider it.
