Zay Jones (knee) doesn’t practice Thursday

Zay Jones (knee) did not participate in practice on Thursday.

Fantasy Impact

Jones missed Thursday’s practice while nursing a knee injury that he recently suffered. He also missed Wednesday’s practice, so he seems to be trending towards missing Jacksonville’s game on Sunday. If that’s the case, look for Christian Kirk and Jamal Agnew to both get increased usage in his absence.

Dawson Knox (back) doesn’t practice again Thursday

Dawson Knox (back) was a non-participant again at Thursday’s practice.

Fantasy Impact

Knox has now missed two-straight practices because of a back injury. This doesn’t offer much optimism that he will be available to play on Sunday, but we won’t know for sure until later in the week. Dalton Kincaid would be in line for more work if the veteran tight end is unavailable to play in Week 3.

Darnell Mooney (knee) limited Thursday

Darnell Mooney (knee) was limited in Thursday’s practice for the Bears.

Fantasy Impact

Mooney is dealing with a knee injury that will cause him to be limited for a second-straight practice on Thursday. It isn’t thought to be a serious issue, but the team wants to be careful with him and make sure he’s healthy. If he’s out this week, Chase Claypool and rookie Tyler Scott could both see more targets in his absence.
