Kadarius Toney (knee) good to go for Week 1

Kansas City Chiefs WR Kadarius Toney (knee) will be good to go for Week 1, per head coach Andy Reid.

Fantasy Impact

Toney missed all of training camp with a partially torn meniscus. The team had optimism that he would be ready for Week 1 and now we know Patrick Mahomes will have the dynamic Toney on the field against Detroit. Toney currently ranks as the WR52 in ECR and could easily outplay his current ranking, if he can stay healthy.

Kenneth Walker III listed as starter for Week 1

Ken Walker III is listed as the starter on the Week 1 depth chart. Zach Charbonnet is listed as the third string RB.

Fantasy Impact

Walker missed the preseason with a core injury that’s not expected to keep him out of Week 1. The Seahawks listing Walker ahead of rookie Zach Charbonnet doesn’t come as a surprise or mean much given Seattle changes its depth chart week to week.

Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) practices on Saturday

Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) participated in practice on Saturday, according to Kyle Meinke of MLive.

Fantasy Impact

It looks like St. Brown is on track to play in the Lions’ season opener against the Chiefs on Thursday evening, though Detroit will issue an official injury report on Monday that should provide more clarity. The talented wideout ranks as a solid WR1 heading into the season and should be started in all formats.
