Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) at practice Thursday
Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) was at practice Thursday.
Fantasy Impact
Garoppolo did not practice Wednesday after suffering a concussion in Week 3 against Pittsburgh. The team is optimistic that he will be able to clear concussion protocol and play in Week 4 against the Chargers. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his situation and expect Brian Hoyer to draw the start if Garoppolo suffers any setbacks.

Adam Thielen (rest) does not practice Thursday
Carolina Panthers WR Adam Thielen missed practice on Thursday due to rest following his 100-yard Week 3 performance.
Fantasy Impact
Typically, veteran rest days are on Wednesdays, to begin the week. Thielen dealt with an injury to start the season, and his rest could be precautionary. His status for Week 4 should remain monitored, especially his practice log and game status on Friday.

Derek Carr (shoulder) at practice, not participating
New Orleans Saints QB Derek Carr, who left Week 3’s game prematurely with a shoulder injury, returned to practice Thursday, though he did not participate.
Fantasy Impact
Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football added that Carr even softly tossed the ball back to teammates on Thursday. Carr avoided major injury, though his AC joint sprain could hold him out for multiple weeks. Despite this, his returning to the team and showing some shoulder mobility is a positive sign. QB Jameis Winston is the likely short-term starter.

Justice Hill (toe) back at practice Thursday
Baltimore Ravens RB Justice Hill (toe) returned to practice on Thursday after being absent on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Hill missed the Week 3 loss to the Indianapolis Colts with his injury, paving the way for Gus Edwards to be the team’s starter. Edwards suffered a concussion in Week 3 but seemed to be on track to play in Week 4 after logging full practices. Hill’s Week 4 status is unclear, and a better judgment will likely be made after Friday’s status report.
